If for some reason, Brad doesn't appeal to you try Dawson Church at https://www.eftuniverse.com and if that doesn't appeal to you try searching for EFT, or Emotional Freedom Technique.  EFT is a powerful tool to have in your arsenal for removing impediments that would otherwise keep you from your highest and best good.  I hope you check out EFT thoroughly before deciding it is not for you.

My wife and I like Brad very much.  We also like Dawson Church and others.  We do on occasion use Dawson as a backup for particularly pesky issues.  Referencing another perspective can be very effective.

I don't remember when we first stumbled onto Brad's YouTube teachings ... maybe ten years ago.  As is often our practice, we tend to get very intense with a new resource upon discovery.  Once we decide to buy in to the information, we like to immerse ourselves thoroughly until we are comfortable enough with the teachings that we can use them as needed.  So we followed Brad's "Tap of the Morning" and his "Tap of the Evening" videos for several months.  We also tapped (and continue to tap) with Brad for issues relating to anxiety, money, worry, time management, procrastination, sleeplessness, and more.  Even after all this time you can catch us tapping just as we drop off to sleep .... particularly if we have had a challenging day.  Everytime we use the EFT technique we finish with a feeling of greater well-being.

Possibly our most dramatic use of the EFT came to us several years ago quite unexpectedly and not to us but through us on behalf of another person.  She was in our part-time employ and she came to work one day a total emotional mess ...  almost off the charts ... with an anxiety attack.  It was difficult to get her to sit still to start the first tapping.  Finally she did sit still and tapped for anxiety.  And then we tapped again.  And then we tapped for  personal power, and then for feeling loved, financial well-being and mental healing, allowing love, accepting help and more.  As she tapped, it became easier and easier to keep her tapping, When she arrived for work she said she felt like a 12 (scale of 1-10) regarding her emotional distress.  By the time, about an hour later, that she finished, she reported her distress as a 3.  We were fascinated to see her expressions, her body language, and her speech patterns evolve as she progressed through the tapping.  Quite memorable.  Quite powerful for all 3 of us.  No idea where she is now.  Hope she continues to prosper.

If you are curious, here are some short videos that you might consider trying at your leisure.  Take note of how you feel before you start ... and then again after you finish.  Just see if your sense of well-being seems to improve ... even just a little.
